Oh, I'm so sorry about your kitty. And to lose him so young!
I'm glad you were able to schedule an at-home euthanasia, though. We've tried that with two of our cats, and the wait is about a week. But by the time we knew our cats were sick enough not to make it, it was only a matter of days. Curse that need to hide "weakness" until it's too late. :(
